Stephanie Kandel

Stephanie Kandel studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz. During her studies she focused on corporate law/M&A and inheritance law. During her legal clerkship, Stephanie Kandel worked as an intern at a commercial law firm in New York City, USA.

Prior to joining the team of Schalast, Stephanie Kandel worked was an attorney in the corporate law/M&A department of a medium-sized commercial law firm in Frankfurt am Main (2012 to 2013) and from 2014 on in a large national law firm in Frankfurt in the field of corporate law/M&A. She is appointed notary (official residence: Frankfurt am Main) since 2019.

Stephanie Kandel advises clients in the areas of corporate law/M&A, inheritance law and corporate succession. As a civil law notary she provides all notarial services, , with a focus on corporate and transformation law (mergers, spin-offs, changes of legal form), M&A, real estate, inheritance law and corporate succession.

She is a member of the practice groups "Corporate/M&A" and "Notary Public".
